DEPOSIT

POLICY:

We

keep

a

waiting

list

for

expected

puppies.The

waiting

list

for

the

next

litter

is

in

order

of

deposits

paid.

The

deposit

is

accepted

only

upon

approval

and

will

reserve

a

puppy

for

you.

Deposits

are

accepted

in

good

faith

by

both

parties.

The

breeder

is

promising

to

have

a

puppy

in

the

litter,

and

the

buyer

is

promising

to

keep

their

part

of

the

agreement

and

pay

for

the

puppy.

If

we

have

accepted

a

deposit,

we

may

have

passed

up

other

good

homes

for

the

puppy.

We

do

not

hold

puppies

without

deposits.

A

deposit

is

not

refundable

in

case

you

change

your

mind.

We

will

issue

a

refund

if

the

puppy

does

not

pass the vet checkup.

right

to

refuse

to

sell

our

puppies

to

anyone

at

our

discretion

or

to

stop

the

sale

with

or

without

providing

a

reason.

If

a

deposit

or

full

payment

has

been

placed, the deposit or full payment will then be refunded.
